Leon Emanuel Whaley, 23, became upset while his supervisor was giving instructions to the employees at Louis Sheffield Elementary and started arguing with her, police said. Whaley got in 47-year-old Jacqueline Dorrell's face, yelled at her, punched her with a closed fist and pulled her hair, according to the police report. Witnesses said Whaley started the argument and the fight. Whaley is hearing-impaired. His mother came to the school to interpret information from police.
